Georgia Rugby Union e Macron, who have been the “Lelos”’ new technical partner since last summer, presented the new race kits which the Georgian national rugby team will wear this season. The colours and symbols of the national tradition are combined with the technical excellence and quality of the materials, enhanced by an exclusive design and attention to detail.

The new shirt “Home” è grenade with a white polo-style collar and a two-button fastening. Embroidered on the chest, in white, is the Macron the Hero, the Italian brand’s logo, whilst on the left, over the heart, is the Georgia Rugby Union logo. On the back, beneath the collar, the Georgian flag (the flag with five crosses) is embroidered. At the bottom of the back of the shirt, a tone-on-tone embossed design of a vine shoot is featured – a symbol and expression of the national identity of a country historically regarded as one of the oldest wine-producing nations. On the sides are two darker vertical stripes featuring a geometric pattern. The shorts are white with maroon vertical stripes down the sides. The socks are maroon with the Macron Hero logo on the front and the word ‘GEORGIA’ on the back.

The shirt “Away”, again with a polo-style collar, is white and features the same graphic details as the ‘home’ version. The maroon colour appears in the stripes – with an irregular effect – on the chest, at the sleeves and on the sides. Maroon stripes also feature on the back of the shirt. On the chest, the Macron Hero and the Georgian Football Federation logo are embroidered in maroon. The Georgian flag appears on the back of the collar, whilst the hem features tone-on-tone graphics depicting a vine shoot. The sides feature vertical bands with a geometric pattern. The away kit is completed by white shorts with maroon detailing and maroon socks.

The race jerseys have a Body Fit cut and are made specifically from Armevo fabric with Boditex inserts; these materials not only offer lightness and breathability but also ensure maximum durability.
