Mission, Vision and Values

Sport is not just a challenge; it is a journey filled with emotions, sacrifice, and ambition. It is the passion that drives us to push our limits, the determination that transforms every obstacle into an opportunity.

Our mission is to be by the side of athletes and teams at every stage of their journey, from their debut to the most prestigious stages, nurturing the spirit of teamwork and inspiring each one to give their best, both on and off the field.

Strategy

Macron develops its business through three main lines of business. Technical sponsorships allow the brand to collaborate with sports teams, federations, and global organizations by providing customized apparel and equipment to ensure high performance and maximum visibility.

The Teamwear line offers high-quality collections, customizable for teams of all levels, and distributed in more than 170 Macron Sports Hubs and selected stores.

Finally, the Individual line focuses on innovative products for individual athletes and enthusiasts, with collections such as Racket Sports & Activewear, Athleisure Icons and Macron O.N.E., which combine functionality, style and performance, elevating sports clothing to a true lifestyle.

History

Founded in Bologna in 1971 as a sports goods store, Macron evolved into a small manufacturing company in the 1980s, producing clothing for other sports brands. In the 1990s, it launched its own brand, alongside production for third-party clients.

The entry into professional football took place in 2001 with the first sponsorship of Bologna FC 1909, starting a path of growth in the world of sport.

Campus

In 2020, Macron inaugurated his state-of-the-art Campus, a 22,000-square-meter facility that integrates offices and warehouses, surrounded by 55,000 square meters of green space. Designed with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, the Campus includes shipping areas, sports fields for testing materials, and spaces dedicated to wellness and training.

In May 2025, work began on expanding the Campus with the new Distribution Center 2 (DC2), bringing the total green area to 115,000 square meters and introducing new spaces such as the Macron Dome, a café, an in-house shop, and the Macron Workshop.

This represents another step forward in supporting growth, strengthening global competitiveness, and continuing to innovate with sustainability and teamwork at the core.

Subsidiaries

Macron’s international expansion is the result of a constant commitment to promoting sporting excellence through innovation, quality, and proximity to local markets.

With a network of strategically positioned branches, Macron strengthens his ties with clubs and federations, teams, athletes and fans worldwide.
