Stoke City FC, one of England’s oldest professional football clubs, which currently plays in the English Championship, and Macron, an international leader in the teamwear sector and long-standing kit supplier to the the “Potters”, have officially unveiled the new home shirt to be worn by the Stoke-on-Trent club during the coming season.
The new 2021–2022 ‘Home’ shirt has a crew neck and features the classic red-and-white vertical stripes on the front, back and sleeves. The red stripes have a distinctive texture with fine diagonal lines created using sublimation printing. The collar edges and sleeve cuffs are knitted. The back of the neck is personalised with the colours and crest of Stoke City FC. On the right-hand side of the chest is the Macron Hero logo – the Italian brand’s emblem – embroidered in blue, whilst on the left-hand side, over the heart, is the English club’s crest.
The words ‘STOKE CITY’ are embroidered on the shoulders, just below the collar. The home kit is completed by white shorts and white socks with a wide red top band and a red central stripe bearing the words ‘STOKE CITY’.
