The technical specifications (fabrics, fit, design, technical features) are based on the Home and Away 22-23 kits, but with details that make this fourth kit unique, starting with the pink which characterises the entire garment. The only exception is the polo collar with a two-button fastening and a knitted collar. The back of the neck is customised to mark the collaboration with Elisabetta Franchi; her logo, alongside the Macron Hero logo, appears in red on a blue background. Both logos, made from silicone, also appear one below the other on the right-hand side of the chest, whilst the Bologna crest is positioned on the left. Finally, the back of the neck features the Club’s slogan, “WE ARE ONE”, in blue. The shirt will be paired with blue shorts featuring red-and-blue stripes at the bottom of the legs and blue socks with red stripes.
The fabric used is Eco-Fabric, specifically EcoSirenaLight, made entirely from yarn sourced from 100% recycled PET. A testament to the commitment of the club and the kit sponsor towards environment and sustainability. The presence of the panel in Eco Micromesh The back panel also makes the garment lighter and more breathable.
Fashion and sport are proving to be increasingly complementary, and the creative collaboration between two prestigious brands such as Macron and Elisabetta Franchi has produced a a technical director with an innovative style and strong links to the world of fashion.
