The refereeing department of the RFEF (Royal Spanish Football Federation), for which Macron has been the Official Referee Match Kit Supplier since the 2020–2021 season, has unveiled the new kits that Spanish referees will wear during the coming competitive season. The Italian brand has created a product of the highest calibre, both technically and in terms of design, capable of ensuring maximum comfort and practicality to enable referees to perform their vital role to the very best of their ability.

The new shirts also convey a message of care and awareness regarding environmental issues and the protection of the ecosystem. The new match kits for the RFEF referees’ team have, in fact, been made from Eco-Softlock fabric, a 100% polyester derived from recycled plastic. Recycled PET polyester has the advantage of requiring less energy throughout the production process.

The new kits come in four colours: fluorescent yellow, fluorescent blue, black and red. The defining graphic feature of this new collection is the tone-on-tone vertical stripes, consisting of fine raised lines interspersed with the RFEF logo. The jersey has a crew neck with a self-locking nylon zip fastening and features comfortable front pockets with Velcro fastenings. The back of the neck is personalised with a black label bearing the Royal Spanish Football Federation logo in the centre. On the right side of the chest and on the shoulders is the Macron Hero, the Italian brand’s signature logo, whilst the RFEF logo stands out on the left-hand pocket.

Rounding off the RFEF referees’ match kit are the shorts – black in all four versions – featuring back pockets with Velcro fastenings, whilst the socks match the colour of the respective shirt. The fit is Slim Fit; the main fabric is Eco-Softlock, and the Eco micromesh inserts ensure the garment is lightweight and offers maximum breathability.
