It is the Rugby in Portugal the first to unveil its new kits amongst the seven national teams that will be wearing the Macron Hero at the upcoming Rugby World Cup, scheduled to take place in France from 8 September to 28 October. The combination of the red for the front and back panels of the jumper and the cardinal red for the sleeves, sides and bottom edge of the back panel, identify the new home shirt. The neckline is V-shaped, with green detailing that also features on the sleeve hems. The jersey features an all-over optical pattern created using sublimation printing, depicting the five shields found in the coat of arms on the Portuguese national flag in various shades. Embroidered on the chest in gold is the logo of the 2023 Rugby World Cup, the Macron the Hero and the coat of arms of the Rugby in Portugal. The kit is completed by white shorts and red socks with a cardinal red top edge.

The version Away Kit è white A green knitted V-neck top with a red stripe, featuring the same colour scheme as the sleeve cuffs. The sleeves, sides and bottom of the back panel are a light grey, and the same graphic design as the Home kit is featured across the entire shirt, with the five shields in various shades. The 2023 Rugby World Cup logo, the Macron Hero and the Rugby Portugal crest are embroidered in green on the chest. Green shorts and white socks with a red top band and a green horizontal stripe complete the kit.
