Green is the colour that represents the Section Paloise Bearn Pyrenees, a French rugby team competing in the French Top 14. The new jumpers The designs presented by XV Pirenaico continue the tradition of a colour that has now become a symbol of the club’s identity and which, through the fabric, expresses Eco Fabric, 100% certified recycled polyester yarn made from PET, used by Macron – Pau’s long-standing technical partner – to manufacture them, reflecting a shared green philosophy based on sustainability and respect for the environment.

The new ‘Home Kit’ with a polo-style collar and white sleeve cuffs, it is a dark green very striking. The inside of the collar is customised with a green and white background featuring the Section Paloise Bearn Pyrenees logo, alongside which is a design of two Bearn cows – a breed typical of this part of the Pyrenees – with the Macron logo and the words ‘Designed in Bologna’, to certify and highlight how each garment is conceived, designed and developed in the Bologna headquarters for the Italian brand. On the outer back of the collar, just above the GPS pocket, the motto is printed in white ‘En Vert et Contre Tous’. On the chest, on the right, in white, the Macron the Hero, with the club crest further down in the centre. An important design feature can be found at the bottom of the back of the shirt: it is a stylised, embossed design of the Pic du Midi Mont d’Ossau, the iconic mountain in the Pyrenees that surrounds the French town. The shorts are dark green with white drawstrings, whilst the dark green socks have a white top edge.

The ‘ version‘Away Kit’, still with a polo neck, has a central body white with shoulders and sleeves in dark green. The back neck and the slogan on the outer back neck are identical to those on the home shirt. On the chest, the Macron the Hero It is dark green, whilst in the centre, 3 cm from the lower corner of the collar, is the crest of the Section Paloise Bearn Pyrenees. Here too, the design evokes the Pic du Midi The ‘d’Ossau’ logo, another distinctive feature of the club and the region it represents, appears in a tone-on-tone design with an embossed finish on the back of the shirt. The kit is completed by white shorts with dark green side stripes and white socks featuring three wide dark green horizontal stripes down the centre.

Both jumpers have a fit BodyFit and the main fabric used is Eco Armevo with inserts in Eco Boditex, materials which, as well as being lightweight and breathable, ensure maximum durability.
