The Parramatta Eels, an Australian rugby club set to compete in the NRL Telstra Premiership this coming season, have officially unveiled their new kits for the 2021–2022 season, in partnership with Macron, the Hero company, which has been the team’s kit supplier since last year.

The new ‘Home’ kit features the team’s traditional colours: blue and gold. The shirt has a crew neck with gold trim and white detailing. The top, sides and shoulders are blue, whilst the sleeves feature horizontal gold stripes. The back of the shirt features the same colour combination and layout. The year the team was founded – 1947 – is printed in gold on the back of the collar.

On the front, at shoulder height, on both the right and left sides, the Macron Hero – the Italian brand’s logo – is featured in white using sublimation printing. On the right side of the chest is the NRL Telstra Championship logo, whilst on the left, over the heart, is the Parramatta Eels crest.

The ‘Away’ shirt, with a V-neck, is yellow with blue trim on the collar and sleeves. The year the team was founded – 1947 – is printed on the back of the collar, which is blue in this case. The blue Macron Hero logo is positioned at shoulder height, above the NRL Telstra Championship logo and the Parramatta Eels logo.

As for the ‘Third’ kit, the predominant colour is white, and the kit is embellished with gold and blue detailing around the collar and on the sleeve cuffs. In the centre is a design comprising horizontal blue bands interspersed with fine yellow stripes, which also feature on the back of the shirt.
