Fortitudo Bologna and Macron are launching their new partnership in the spirit of Bologna and solidarity. The blue-and-white club and the Italian brand have chosen to involve the Bolognese non-profit organisation Bimbo Tu as part of a special project that will support the team during the first half of the 2026/27 season, with the aim of providing tangible support to an organisation that has been a cornerstone of the local community for many years.

And so the “Bimbo Tu Edition”, a GameSet comprising two match kits, characterised by a minimalist design that highlights the Association’s logo in the centre of the shirt, immediately below the player’s number. The GameSet will make its debut on the pitch during the 2026 LNP Super Cup and will also be with Fortitudo for their first league matches, right up to the fixture against Pistoia on 1 November, becoming the centrepiece of a fundraising campaign in support of Bimbo Tu.

The decision to choose Bimbo Tu stems from a shared sense of belonging to the local area and an existing relationship. Both Fortitudo Bologna and Macron have been providing ongoing support to the Association and its activities for some time now, making it only natural to want to work together to build a project capable of involving the Biancoblù community and the city as a whole. Born in Bologna in 2007, Bimbo Tu works alongside children and young people with central nervous system disorders and their families, offering care, a welcoming environment and support throughout their treatment. In 2013, the Association was awarded the Silver Medal for Merit in Public Health, in recognition of the work carried out and the contribution made to the community.

The charity initiative will kick off with a donation to the Association of a a contribution equivalent to the value of two full sets of playing kits (24 kits) and will also give the Biancoblù supporters the chance to play an active part in the fundraising effort. The GameSet “Bimbo Tu Edition” It will in fact be available in Limited edition available in shops across the city and on the dedicated page of the Macron website: For every “Bimbo Tu Edition” jumper purchased, 10 euros will go directly to the charity.

The funds raised through the project will be allocated to “The Fifth Dimension” by Bimbo Tu, the initiative aimed at refurbishing the Paediatric Neurosurgery and Child Neuropsychiatry departments at the Sant’Orsola Polyclinic in Bologna through new fittings and innovative technologies, with the aim of making the treatment areas more welcoming and better suited to the needs of the children and families who use them every day.

The event linked to the “Bimbo Tu Edition” will be made even more popular by the Teddy Bear Toss, which is coming to the PalaDozza for the first time for Sunday’s league match 11 October, when Fortitudo take on Rimini. Fans will be invited to bring a soft toy with them to throw onto the court, thereby getting directly involved in the project.

Following the match against Pistoia, a delegation from Fortitudo Bologna and Macron will visit Bimbo Tu to hand over the soft toys collected during the Teddy Bear Toss, together with the total contribution generated by the project.

The 7 November This will mark the start of a new chapter in the partnership between Fortitudo Bologna and Macron: during the match against Urania Milano at the PalaDozza, the GameSet 2026/27, which will be unveiled a few days earlier at a special event.
