The Real Sociedad, following a standout La Liga campaign and securing a place in the group stages of the next Champions League, is already looking to the future. The San Sebastián-based club has in fact unveiled the new ‘Home’ shirt’ for the coming competitive season, which, as well as in the Spanish La Liga, will also be used in Europe’s top club competition.

I Txuri-urdin They will be the first to wear the new match kit in the final league match, the big home fixture against Sevilla, fresh from their Europa League victory. A new shirt which, whilst respecting the club’s Basque tradition and identity, features innovative graphic and stylistic elements alongside a a message of sustainability and respect for the environment. The kit is, in fact, made from fabric Eco Fabric, 100% polyester fabric made from recycled plastic.

The new ‘Home Kit’ from Real Sociedad It features some distinctive details light blue vertical lines on a white background, with a polo neck and navy blue knitted sleeve cuffs. The distinctive feature of the vertical stripes that characterise this jumper is the use of a gradient pattern, which recreates sculptural shapes with a subtle 3D effect. The back of the neck is personalised with the same design as the shirt, the club logo, the logo of Macron and the inscription Designed in Bologna, to certify and highlight that every garment is conceived, designed and developed in the capital of Emilia. 

Another personalised detail can be found on the tape inside the collar, featuring the words ‘WE ARE REAL’ repeated and interspersed with the club’s logo. On the right side of the chest, in white, the Macron the Hero, whilst on the left is the coat of arms of the Real Sociedad. On the outer back of the neck, made of silicone, is attached the Ikurrina, the Basque flag. The shorts are white with a navy blue drawstring. The socks are white with a blue top edge featuring two horizontal stripes – one white and one light blue – whilst in the centre there is a wide light blue band with a narrower blue one. The ‘Macron Hero’ logo appears at ankle height, and the acronym ‘RS’ on the calf.

The jumper has a fit Slim fit and is made of fabric Eco Softlock. The presence of the rear panel in Eco Micromesh and the inserts in Eco Mesh ensure that the garments are as light as possible and offer excellent breathability.
