The partnership between ASM Clermont Auvergne e Macron has reached double figures. The Clermont-Ferrand club, which plays in the Top 14, the top tier of French rugby, has in fact renewed the agreement technical partnership until 2030. A partnership that began in 2020 and will thus mark a total of 10 years of collaboration.

The renewal of the partnership was accompanied by a special surprise for the fans in the stands at the Stade Marcel-Michelin. On the final day of the league season, the ASM Clermont Auvergne players took to the pitch wearing the new “home” shirts for the 2023–24 season. An original and innovative launch to unveil the new kit dedicated to the “Yellow Army”, a nickname it has earned from the French club’s incredibly passionate supporters. Predominantly yellow, with a blue crew neck and blue sleeve cuffs, the new home shirt pays tribute to the supporters of ASM Clermont Auvergne and the organised ‘yellow-and-blue’ fan groups, who are the pride of the club both at the Stade Michelin and on away trips.

Every detail reflects the close bond between the club and its supporters. On the front of the shirt, in a tone-on-tone design and in both positive and negative forms, the words “YELLOW ARMY” alternate with an illustration depicting the supporters. On the sides, in sublimation print, is a list of the groups that make up and bring to life the Gialloblu supporters’ Interclub, the very heart of the ’yellow army“. Finally, on the back there is a powerful message of attachment and a sense of belonging to one’s local area: the historic coat of arms of the Auvergne region, embossed on the back of the top.

The ASM Clermont Auvergne ‘Home’ is made of Eco Fabric, 100% polyester fabric (%) made from recycled plastic. Each garment is, in fact, made from the recycling of around 13 0.5-litre bottles – a powerful message of sustainability and respect for the environment, confirming the green philosophy shared by the club and the technical sponsor.
