A week after unveiling the kits for the 7DAYS Eurocup matches, Virtus Segafredo Bologna and Macron have also revealed the new shirts for the 2021–2022 season. This year, the traditional and iconic black and white colours are joined by red, echoing the colour of the ‘S’ in the logo of the club’s long-standing sponsor. Marco Belinelli and his teammates will make their debut in the new match kit on 26 September, the opening day of the new season, when Virtus travel to Trento as reigning Italian champions.

The new ‘Home’ shirt is white with a black-trimmed V-neck and a thin red line. This colour scheme is also featured on the sides, with a vertical black band flanked by two vertical red stripes. On the right-hand side of the chest, in black, is the Macron Hero, the Italian brand’s logo; in the centre is the patch bearing the “Campione d’Italia” crest; on the left, over the heart, is the Virtus Segafredo Bologna crest. The shorts are white and feature a two-tone stripe down the sides, starting black at the top and fading to red with a distinctive ‘spray-painted’ effect. The socks are white.

The “Away” version is black, again featuring a V-neck and red trim. The thin vertical stripes on the sides are also red. On the chest, the Macron Hero logo is on the right, the FIP crest in the centre and the club crest on the left. The black shorts feature the same colour effect as the home kit, with the hem fading into red. The socks are black.
