Macron’s presence in the Ekstraklasa, Poland’s top-flight football league, continues to grow thanks to a new multi-year agreement with WKS Śląsk Wrocław, the club that secured promotion to the top division following an outstanding season. Macron, the international leader in teamwear, will supply technical apparel to the Wrocław-based club’s men’s first and second teams, women’s team, entire youth academy and blind football team.
Wrocławski Klub Sportowy Śląsk Wrocław boasts a history spanning almost 80 years. Founded in 1947 as a military multi-sports club, additional sections were later introduced, including football. Over the decades, the club has enjoyed several successful eras, winning two Polish league titles, two Polish Cups and one Polish Super Cup. Thanks to these achievements, Śląsk Wrocław has also competed in various European competitions, earning notable victories against clubs such as Dundee United and Lokomotiv Sofia.
Macron is already developing the new game sets, which will be unveiled ahead of the upcoming football season. Alongside the technical apparel for players and staff, a dedicated merchandising line for supporters will also be launched. Both collections will embody the club’s spirit and identity through bespoke design combined with technical innovation and high-performance features.
This partnership further strengthens Macron’s presence in Polish football. The Macron Hero already features on the kits of Lech Poznań, Widzew Łódź and GKS Katowice.
