African football is becoming more and more professional Macron. The Hero Company welcomes another Federation from the African continent into its family: the Chad Football Federation. The multi-year agreement, signed by the Federation’s Standardization Committee and Macron at the Bologna company’s headquarters, provides for the technical supply of equipment to the Chad National Team, and the ‘Sao’ players have already taken to the field wearing the Macron Hero on their chests during the recent match in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying round against the Gambia.
The Chad Football Federation was founded in 1962 and has been affiliated with CAF and FIFA since 1988. The first participation in the qualification stages for the Africa Cup of Nations dates back to 2000. Many players who have worn the Chad national team jersey have found their way to some top clubs in the French league, such as Japhet N’Doram who, after making his debut at home, wore the Nantes jersey and also won a French Championship title.
