The line-up of Basketball Bundesliga teams that have chosen Macron as their technical partner is further strengthened by the addition of the Fraport Skyliners Frankfurt. The agreement between the Italian company – an international leader in the teamwear sector – and the Frankfurt am Main-based club will run for four years, starting from the 2021–2022 season.

The Fraport Skyliners were founded in 1999 and, just one year after making their debut on the German elite basketball scene, they won the German Cup. In 2004, they won the Basketball-Bundesliga title and subsequently became a regular fixture in European competitions as well, going on to win the newly established FIBA Europe Cup in 2016, beating the Italian side Pallacanestro Varese in the final – a team that is now one of the Macron teams in Italy’s Serie A.

The Fraport Skyliners‘ staff and Macron’s design team are already hard at work developing the match kits that the German team will wear throughout the coming season. These kits are characterised by the quality and technical performance of their materials, as well as their ’Made in Italy’ style and design.
