The new FC Nantes 2026/27 Away Kit, created by Macron, technical partner of the French club and international leader in the teamwear industry, draws inspiration from one of the city’s most iconic landmarks: the Elephant. The game set pays tribute to one of the most celebrated installations in the city’s cultural landscape, born from the visionary imagination of Jules Verne and housed within the historic industrial spaces of the former Dubigeon shipyards, now transformed into a symbol of creativity and innovation.
This concept further demonstrates Macron’s ability to transform a match kit into a story of identity, combining contemporary design, graphic research and a strong connection with the local area. Every detail of the new Away kit reflects the spirit of FC Nantes through visual references inspired by the history and symbols of the Breton city.
The new Les Canaris 2026/27 Away Kit features a black base enhanced by ivory white and yellow details on the sleeve cuffs and crew neck. The shirt is distinguished by an all-over sublimated graphic inspired by the texture of elephant skin, enriched with green and yellow accents that add depth and dynamism to the design. On the chest, the Macron Hero and the FC Nantes crest appear in ivory white silicone print.
On the outer backneck, a stylised elephant head is heat-applied in white, providing a further distinctive feature to a kit with strong symbolic value. The match kit is completed by black shorts featuring side inserts that replicate the shirt’s graphic, together with ivory white detailing and fine yellow stripes along the thigh hem. The black socks are finished with an ivory white top band edged with a thin yellow stripe.
The shirt has a Slim Fit cut and is made from Eco 3D Knit Laser, the new jacquard fabric developed by Macron that combines technical innovation with contemporary aesthetics. The fabric’s distinctive three-dimensional construction creates a raised-texture effect that further enhances the garment’s design while ensuring lightness, elasticity, durability and breathability. Like all technical apparel developed by the Italian brand, the new FC Nantes Away Kit is produced using sustainable materials. The fabric is part of the Eco Fabrics range and is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic.
