Macron means innovation, research and development, and the New 2025 collection of padel rackets It is the full embodiment of the philosophy of this Italian company, a world leader in high-performance sportswear. This is the first collection of rackets developed entirely by Macron using proprietary moulds – that is, industrial moulds designed and manufactured specifically based on an original design conceived within the Italian company.

What makes the new Macron padel rackets unique on the market is the technology, used for the first time in this sector, capable of to significantly reduce the vibrations transmitted to the player’s hand and arm, improving comfort and, above all, safety whilst playing. The new rackets are in fact fitted with an innovative system that incorporates the use of smart non-Newtonian materials developed by RHEON LABS. These materials have the ability to alter their stiffness depending on the speed and force applied to them, making them flexible and soft when force is applied slowly and, conversely, stiff when subjected to rapid impacts. These characteristics have made this type of material particularly effective in the field of protective systems, as well as in vibration damping within the aerospace and acoustics sectors.

In addition to this new development, there is also the introduction – a world first in padel – of the technology Constrained-Layer Damping (CLD) developed by RHEON™, a system of ultra-thin layers that alternates non-Newtonian materials with carbon fibre layers, maintaining the racket’s lightness and manoeuvrability whilst offering enormous benefits in terms of vibration damping.

This need arises from the increasing incidence and prevalence amongst padel players of injuries linked precisely to the repeated and prolonged exposure of the wrist and elbow ligaments to the vibrations caused by the shots, starting with the’epicondylitis and from the’epitrochleitis. Tests carried out by the’University of Bologna have demonstrated a 23% reduction in vibration intensity transmitted to the person holding the racket, and one Faster damping of the 30% vibration levels compared to standard rackets. An innovation that strikes the perfect balance between high performance and player protection.

The new Macron padel rackets They are available in 6 models, divided into 3 different levels:

  • Hero Pro (professional level)
Power I – Designed for players who prioritise power on court without compromising on control. Made from high-quality, aluminised 15K twill carbon fibre in a diamond pattern. A racket that combines advanced technology and high-quality materials to offer a unique playing experience.
Control I – Thanks to its advanced features and sophisticated design, this racket delivers top-class performance without compromising on comfort. The round-shaped head is made primarily from high-quality aluminised 15K twill carbon fibre.

  • Elite (advanced level)
Power I – Power and precision in a racket with an innovative design and exceptional performance. Diamond-shaped, it is made from 40x20K carbon, a weave that provides excellent rigidity and a responsive ball strike without compromising control, as well as good impact resistance.
Control I – The round-shaped racket head is made primarily from 40x20K carbon: a special weave that provides excellent rigidity and a responsive ball strike, without compromising on comfort.

  • Aspire (intermediate-advanced level)
Power I – Diamond-shaped, it is crafted from durable materials, primarily 12K carbon, and features a bold design; it is designed for players seeking maximum impact on their shots, whilst maintaining stability and comfort.
Control I – A round-shaped racket that combines high-quality materials, primarily 12K carbon, with advanced technologies to deliver superior stability with every shot.

In addition to the six new models, there is one more, ‘Next Gen I’, designed specifically for players aged between 7 and 12 who are looking to get started in the world of padel. This racket offers a soft feel and makes it easy to hit the ball, making it ideal for players of all levels.

The new 2025 collection of padel rackets, along with the clothing and accessories from the Macron Padel range, is available at leading Macron Sports Hubs and on the website macron.com, At the main specialized stores and at the partner padel clubs.
