Macron has distributed to 112 “Macron-entrepreneurs” an amount equal to 50% of EBITDA 2025, Completing the third Stock Option Plan in its history. The recently concluded Plan involved 112 people, over 25% of the company's workforce, In many countries, including Italy, UK, US and Far East.

The payment, made in September, gives concrete form to a business model that puts people at the center: sharing the responsibility for growth and the economic benefits that result from it, while recognizing the dignity of work and its central role in creating value. A concrete way to affirm the importance of work as the engine of growth and the success of the enterprise.

The Plans provide for a liquidation every three years, regardless of liquidity events such as the sale or listing of the company. Participation in the results thus takes place on a regular basis, linked to the development of the company.

In Macron, autonomy and decision-making are widespread within the organization. People are called upon to take responsibility, look beyond their own function, and contribute to the company’s results with a long-term perspective. This philosophy gives rise to the concept of “Macron-entrepreneurs”. Their commitment is matched by a precise choice: allocate a portion of the generated value to the remuneration of the contributions of the people, Through Plans that recognize their merit, responsibilities and professional path.

Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Bologna, Macron has brought in revenues of approximately €10 million in 2004 to €245 million in 2025, With growth of 9.4% over the previous year. For 2026, the company also expects a new all-time high. This development is accompanied by a business model focused on speed of decision-making, entrepreneurial spirit, and shared responsibility.

«Macron’s growth is a collective project. Our business model starts from a belief: those who contribute to creating value must be able to participate in the economic results of that work. This means concretely recognizing the dignity of work and the importance of people in the development of the business,», comment Gianluca Pavanello, CEO of Macron.

«We ask the Macron entrepreneurs for autonomy, responsibility and a vision that encompasses the entire company. We want this commitment to be matched by concrete participation in the results generated. For this reason, our Plans are reviewed every three years: sharing the value created is not an occasional initiative, but part of our way of doing business. In 2026, we distributed an amount equal to 50% of 2025 EBITDA: a result that makes this principle extremely concrete.

The Board of Directors has already approved the Fourth Incentive Plan, by expanding the current audience to over 120 beneficiaries. Macron thus continues his commitment to extending participation and strengthening the bond between autonomy, distributed responsibility, results and value sharing, By placing the centrality of work at the foundation of their own growth.
