Alessandro Bile works at the Macron Sports Hub in Udine, where he is part of the Sales Team.
Having joined Macron about a year ago, Alessandro Bile embarked on his journey thanks to the Sales Academy, an educational opportunity that allowed him to combine his passion for sports with professional growth.
“It wasn’t something I was looking for, but it happened: while I was studying at university, I played – and still play – volleyball in my society, which sponsors Macron, and I also handled the sports equipment. I didn’t have a structured job yet. One evening, I saw the Sales Academy ad. I closed it, then I came back. And I decided to apply.”
At first, his perception of the brand was different:
“I didn’t know Macron as a company so large and structured. As a client of my team, I saw him more from a sporting perspective. Joining the selection process allowed me to discover a much broader world.”
The challenge of the Academy
The candidacy started almost quietly, but as the days went by the enthusiasm grew.
“I was almost at the age limit set by the ban. I thought: there will be super-prepared guys, maybe even already graduated. I waited for weeks before receiving the call. When they told me that I had been chosen, it was a great satisfaction.”
After six days of training in Bologna, the internship at the Macron Sports Hub in Udine began, where he works today. It was a complete experience: sales, laboratory work, management of the store, and involvement in the dynamics related to the territory.
Commitment, results and recognition
“I did a six-month internship and I gave my all. I really wanted to do it. I pushed really hard, I believed in it and the results came.”
At the end of the course, the transition to apprenticeship was confirmation that the commitment is recognized.
“If there is one thing I have learned, it is that you cannot stand still. There is a work-oriented spirit at work here. The company demands a lot from you, but it also gives you a lot in return. Nothing comes by chance: if you want to achieve results, you have to put in the effort.”
Growing up in an environment that supports you
Alongside the professional dimension, Alessandro emphasizes the human value of the experience.
“There is great support among colleagues. It’s not a cold relationship; it’s just work. We also sometimes find ourselves outside of working hours. This creates a different, more authentic atmosphere. Even in the most challenging moments, the feeling is that we’re part of a team working towards a common goal”
Volleyball remains a constant in Alessandro’s life, and his team wears Macron.
“I am trying to involve my company more and more, so that we can grow together with Macron. It’s great to combine my passion for sports with my work and see concrete results both in sports and in my professional career.”
Looking forward, with the same determination
A year after joining Macron, Alessandro looks to the future with the same energy with which he began his journey.
“What I’ve learned is that nothing comes by chance. If you put in the effort, if you believe in what you’re doing and if you really put yourself out there, the results come. There’s room to grow here, but it also depends on you.”
A path that began almost by intuition, but over time became a conscious choice, built day after day with passion, a team spirit and a desire to improve.
