During the launch event held at the Racket World Country Club in Villanova di Castenaso (BO), Macron’s senior management presented the new Macron Padel 21-22 range – comprising clothing, accessories and rackets – to the press and industry professionals in attendance.

In recent years, padel in Italy has seen an incredible surge in the number of players and – consequently – in the number of dedicated courts. Originating in the early 1970s, padel spread rapidly, first in Latin America and Spain, and then to other countries, including Italy. According to the figures, the number of courts in Italy has risen from a few dozen in 2019 to over 450 in 2021, a figure that is constantly being updated. It is a sport accessible to everyone, whatever their level.

Drawing on its extensive experience in the development and production of high-tech, high-performance clothing, Macron has created a collection dedicated to the world of padel, identifying the market’s needs and transforming them into a comprehensive range of clothing for men and women.

The clothing range adheres to Macron’s high standards of quality, featuring garments made from highly technical, high-performance and comfortable fabrics, with a refined and elegant design.
