The’AEK Betsson BC unveiled the new kits Home e Away made by Macron and which will be worn during the 2024–2025 season of the A1 Ethniki, Greece’s top division, in addition to the special kits for the Basketball Champions League. This competition will mark the start of the Athens side’s season, as they make their home debut against Maccabi Ramat Gan on 1 October. All kits this season also feature the special logo celebrating the club’s centenary and, like all game kits produced by Macron for their clubs, are made entirely from Eco Fabric, 100% polyester fabric (%) made from post-consumer recycled plastic.

As regards the Greek league, the new AEK Betsson BC’s 2024/25 Home Fixtures It has a V-neck and black shoulder stripes. The vest is predominantly yellow and features a design that fades from black at the top, within which the outline of the eagle from the club’s logo also stands out – also yellow with a thin black outline. The same design also appears on the back, whilst at the bottom of the front a black line traces the skyline of the city of Hagia Sofia. The back of the neck is personalised with a yellow and black label, the club’s centenary logo, alongside the Macron logo and the words ‘Designed in Bologna’, to certify and highlight how each garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus. On the right-hand side of the chest, one below the other and in black, are the club’s special logo, created to mark its centenary (the basketball section of the AEK Athens sports club was founded in 1924), and just below that, the Macron the Hero. The shorts feature the same design as the vest, this time with yellow at the top fading into black at the bottom.

The version Away The colour scheme is turned on its head: at the top, a hint of yellow fades into the black that dominates the shirt. A thin yellow line outlines the silhouette of the eagle, which in this case is coloured black. At the bottom is the skyline of the Greek capital, outlined in yellow. The back of the neck is customised as in the Home version, whilst the logos are in yellow, with the centenary logo above the Macron Hero. The shorts are entirely black, with the side stripes and the Macron Hero on the right in yellow.

The kits also include a Shooting Shirt black, featuring the same tone-on-tone design as the eagle. The collar, the stripes on the sleeves and the side stripes are yellow, as are the ‘Macron Hero’ on the right and the centenary logo on the left.

As for the sets from the BCL, the new Home With a V-neck, it retains the club’s colour scheme: yellow and black. Yellow is the dominant colour, whilst black features in the geometric graphic with a gradient effect on the shoulders and at the bottom of the back of the shirt. The centenary logo is positioned on the right above the Macron Hero, both in black. The shorts feature the same graphic as the shirt on the left thigh, whilst the Macron Hero is in yellow on the right.

The version Away For Europe, the colour scheme has been turned on its head once again. Black dominates, with geometric graphics in yellow and tone-on-tone patterns on the shoulders and at the bottom of the back of the jersey. The logo of the’AEK BC and the Macron Hero. The away kit is completed by black shorts with yellow stripes down the sides and along the top of the thigh, along with geometric patterns in yellow and tone-on-tone on the left-hand side. The back of the neck on the BCL kits is personalised in the same way as the league version, for both the away and home kits.

The Athenian team’s European kits also include a black crew-neck shooting shirt which, on the chest and at the bottom of the back, features exactly the same graphics and colours as the away shirt.

The new kits have a fit Regular with the main fabric made of Eco Baimi and inserts in Eco Mesh, which ensure lightness and excellent breathability.
