In Navarre, there is a place that seems to belong to another planet. Las Bardenas Reales They form a unique environment, a World Biosphere Reserve, with semi-desert landscapes shaped by water, wind and sun. A place that symbolises this part of Spain and which has inspired the new away kit of the Club Atlético Osasuna. A game set that is unique in both its graphics and its meaning, conceived and created in close collaboration with Macron, which has been the Navarran club’s technical sponsor since this season. A shirt that embodies the sense of belonging to the local community that Osasuna represents, and which conveys a strong message of sustainability and respect for the environment, as – like all garments produced by Macron for its clubs – it is made entirely from Eco Fabric, a 100% polyester fabric made from recycled plastic.

The new CA Osasuna’s 2024/25 away kit it is coloured sand grey, like the sand of the desert areas of Las Bardenas. The jumper has a crew neck with a dark blue trim, the same shade as that on the sleeve hems and the wide vertical stripes down the sides. The distinctive graphic design, on both the front and back, is inspired by the landscape of the ridges and gorges that characterise part of Las Bardenas, a natural site covering approximately 42,000 hectares. The inside of the back neck is personalised with the club crest, the word ‘OSASUNA’ on a background reminiscent of the home shirt’s design, the Macron logo and the word ‘Designed in Bologna’, to certify and highlight that each garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus. The collar also features a personalised label bearing the bilingual inscription, in Castilian and Basque, ‘VIBRA EN TI – ZUGAN TAUPAKA’ which means ‘It beats within you’. On the chest, both in silicone print, the Macron the Hero and the coat of arms of the’Osasuna. On the outer back of the collar, also in blue, is a print of the Castildetierra in the Bardenas Reales, another symbol expressing a sense of belonging and connection to this region. It is a natural formation created by erosion, with a rock perched on top that has protected the ground beneath it, creating a sort of fragile pyramid of earth.

The Away kit is completed by sand-grey shorts with blue stripes down the sides. The sand-grey socks have a blue top band. The fit is Slim fit, the main fabric used is Eco Softlock and the inclusion of inserts made of Eco Mesh make the garment particularly lightweight and ensure excellent breathability.
