The Blackburn Rovers FC presented the New Home Kit which will be worn during the 2024/25 EFL Championship season. The shirt pays tribute to the one worn by Alan Shearer and his team-mates in the 1994–95 season, when the Rovers won the Premier League title. It was a thrilling season, which saw Blackburn finish the league ahead of Manchester United, Nottingham Forest and Liverpool, and in which Shearer was crowned the league’s top scorer thanks to the 34 goals he scored in 42 matches.

The Blackburn Rovers FC home shirt features the iconic two-tone design, one white (right) and a blue (left), and sleeves in inverted colours. The collar is polo-style, blue with a two-button fastening and red lapels; this red colour also features in the fine stripe along the sleeve edge. On the blue band, both on the front and back, there is a tone-on-tone sublimation-printed graphic featuring a repeating pattern of the Lancashire rose. Also featured on the club’s crest, this is the symbol of Lancashire, the county in which the town of Blackburn is situated. The back of the neck is personalised with a label that partly echoes the graphic design of the home shirt, and which features the club crest, the Macron logo and the words ‘Designed in Bologna’, to certify and highlight that every garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus.

On the right-hand side of the chest, embroidered in blue, is the Macron the Hero, on the left the coat of arms of the Blackburn Roverss FC. A personalised strip has been incorporated into the bottom of the jersey, featuring the words “14 May 1995 Premier League Champions”, celebrating the day they were crowned Premier League champions. This triumphant season is also featured in red on the outer back of the collar, accompanied throughout by the rose motif. The shorts are white with red drawstrings, whilst the blue socks feature a white top edge with a thin horizontal red stripe.

The shirt has a fit Slim fit, the main fabric is Eco Checker. The finish of the rear panel in Eco Micromesh and the inserts in Eco Mesh They ensure the garment is lightweight and offers excellent breathability.
