The strong bond between Ferencváros TC and the city of Budapest takes shape in the new 2026/27 Away Kit created by Macron, the international leader in sportswear and technical partner of the Hungarian club. The new away strip draws inspiration from one of the capital’s most recognisable landmarks: the Museum of Applied Arts that stands out for its iconic green and gold roof tiles, a remarkable architectural feature that helps make it one of the most recognizable and captivating landmarks in the cityscape.
The new Ferencváros TC 2026/27 Away Kit shirt features a black base and is characterised by a crew neck with gold trim, a detail echoed on the sleeve cuffs. The entire surface of the jersey is enhanced by an embossed graphic inspired by the museum’s distinctive geometric roof pattern. Located in the Ferencváros district, along the same street that leads to the stadium, the museum serves as a key architectural landmark within the club’s local surroundings.
Applied to the lower back of the shirt is a customised silicone tape featuring the gold inscription “MEGJÁRTUK A POKLOT, ÉS MAGUNKKAL IS HOZTUK” (“We have been through hell and brought it back with us”), interspersed with the club crest. This symbolic phrase welcomes the players in the tunnel leading onto the pitch.
Displayed on the chest, both in gold, are the embroidered Macron Hero on the right and the Ferencváros TC crest on the left. On the outside back neck, the word FERENCVÁROS appears alongside three coloured dots, red, white and green, recalling the Hungarian national flag. The inner backneck is customised with a white-and-gold label featuring the club crest, the Macron logo and the wording “Designed in Bologna”, certifying and highlighting that every garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus.
The kit is completed by black shorts with a drawstring fastening and gold detailing on the sides and thigh hems, paired with black socks featuring a thin gold top trim.
The main fabric used for the new Away Kit is Eco Softlock, a technical material specifically developed for professional match kits, designed to guarantee lightness, durability and maximum comfort during sporting performance. The Eco Micromesh back panel and Eco Mesh inserts ensure high levels of breathability, helping to keep the body cool and dry even during the most intense phases of play. Like all match kits produced by Macron for its partner clubs, this kit is manufactured exclusively using Eco Fabric, materials made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, reaffirming the brand’s commitment to increasingly sustainable and responsible production.
