Hannover 96 and Macron, technical partner of the Roten since 2019, have unveiled the new 2026/27 Home Kit that will accompany the German club throughout the upcoming 2. Bundesliga season. The new strip pays tribute to the city of Hanover and the strong bond between the team and its local community, celebrating its most iconic symbols through a distinctive and carefully crafted design.
The new Home Kit follows a particularly successful campaign which, in the year of the club’s 130th anniversary, saw Hannover 96 secure an impressive fourth-place finish in the league, confirming its status as one of the most competitive sides in the division.
The new Hannover 96 Home Kit for the 2026/27 season features the club’s traditional red colour, enhanced by white and green detailing on the crew neck and sleeve cuffs. The body of the shirt is distinguished by an all-over embossed graphic depicting some of Hanover’s most recognisable landmarks and emblematic city symbols. This design element transforms the jersey into a genuine tribute to the community and territory represented by the club.
Inside the hem, a customised tape features the repeated slogan “LOVE HANNOVER HATE RACISM”, while the club motto “NIEMALS ALLEIN!” appears in white on the outer back neck, further expressing the values and identity of Hannover 96.
The chest features the white Macron Hero on the right and the Hannover 96 crest on the left, applied in silicone print on a suede-effect base. The inner backneck is customised with the club logo, which is also incorporated into the background of the label, together with the motto “NIEMALS ALLEIN!” (“Never Alone!”), the Macron logo and the wording “Designed in Bologna”, certifying that every garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus.
The kit is completed by black shorts with white drawstrings. Two sock versions are available: a white option featuring a double black and green horizontal stripe on the upper cuff, and an all-black version.
The shirt offers a Slim Fit and is primarily made from Eco Softlock, a technical fabric specifically developed for professional match kits. Lightweight, durable and engineered to provide outstanding comfort and performance, it is complemented by an Eco Baimi back panel and Eco Mesh inserts to ensure maximum breathability and lightness. Like all Macron match kits produced for its partner clubs, the new Hannover 96 Home Kit is manufactured exclusively using Eco Fabrics, materials made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, reaffirming the brand’s commitment to increasingly sustainable and responsible production.
