The new away kit from the’ASM Clermont Auvergne Designed by Macron, it fully expresses the strong bond between the city and the team, which competes in the Top 14, France’s top rugby league. In the collection, a sense of belonging to Clermont-Ferrand’s history and its symbols blend with a strong message of sustainability and respect for the environment, confirming the green philosophy shared by the club and its kit sponsor. All the technical garments that the Italian brand produces for its clubs are manufactured in Eco Fabric, 100% polyester fabric made from recycled plastic.

The new Away of the Yellow and Blue It has a V-neck and white sleeves with yellow detailing. The jumper features an all-over print on a light grey background, depicting, in a poster-style effect, the Clermont-Ferrand Cathedral – a majestic Gothic church and symbol of the city, as well as a French historic monument since 1862. It is also known as the ‘Black Cathedral’ because it was built using lava stone, known as Volvic stone, quarried from the volcanic quarries surrounding the city.

The back of the neck is customised in the club’s colours, yellow and blue, and features the equally exclusive design of the new home shirt, alongside the club crest, the Macron logo and the word ‘Designed in Bologna’, to certify and highlight how each garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus. On the right-hand side of the chest, in blue silicone print, there is the Macron the Hero and next to it, on the left, the coat of arms of the’ASM Clermont Auvergne. The word ‘CLERMONT’ is embroidered on the back of the collar, also in blue.

The shorts are white with side stripes that echo a design feature from the shirt, where the two iconic towers – over 96 metres tall – with their incredible spires soaring towards the sky are clearly visible. The socks are white, featuring the acronym ASM (Association sportive Montferrandaise) in yellow at calf height. Above the ankle, the Macron Hero logo stands out in blue. The shirt has a Body Fit and the fabric used is Echo Armevo, with inserts in Echo Bodytex and Eco Strong Mesh, which, as well as being lightweight and breathable, ensure maximum durability.
