Gianluca Pavanello, CEO Macron: “The fourth building of the Macron Campus represents much more than an extension of the headquarters. It is a concrete sign of trust in the future, in our territory and in our team. Growing here, where everything began, is our way of giving back value to the community that has accompanied us since the beginning. We want this place to become a hub for talent from all over the world, ready to build the future with us. It is also a concrete sign of a company that continues to evolve, that never stops dreaming and achieving, with discipline, determination and vision. Because investing in the future means building a bigger and bigger home: to welcome bolder ideas, more courageous people and even more ambitious projects. The Campus is not just the beating heart of Macron: it is a space that inspires, dynamic and sustainable. For us, beautiful things are born in beautiful places.”.
Michele De Pascale, President of the Emilia-Romagna Region: “We are here today to celebrate a new challenge, a very important investment for a company that has achieved extraordinary results over the years. Here in Macron, the Italian genius, taste and skill are tangible. A combination of qualities that have allowed us to emerge in a very competitive sector and that, starting from our territory, has brought the concept of “Designed in Bologna” to every corner of the planet. The global challenges of this period require a mix of solutions and activities, and Macron is an extraordinary example of how to respond to complexity. Having companies continue to invest means creating communities by attracting talent, and that is how Macron becomes an important reference point for those who want to contribute to writing important pages in this fascinating story of business and sport. The region will be happy to be by the company’s side on this extraordinary journey.”.
Matteo Lepore, Mayor of the Metropolitan City of Bologna: “It is a great pleasure to be here at Macron Campus, in an innovative company that expresses a way of doing business in a responsible way, that looks to the global markets while keeping its headquarters here, in our territory. The pleasure becomes twofold when seeing the production of the Bologna Calcio jerseys, with the Italian Cup trophy emblazoned on them, which makes us understand that they will reach all over the world, further fueling the already high interest of foreign tourists in the Rossoblu merchandise. I have always appreciated Macron’s commitment to many sports, not just football and basketball, and its support for many beautiful and important initiatives that take place in our territory. We are happy to be on the side of this company.”.
Milena Zanna, Mayor of the Municipality of Valsamoggia: “Having Macron on our territory is a source of great pride because it is a company that continues to grow with solidity, supporting and accompanying positive values related to sport and contributing to promoting inclusion, well-being and sustainability. The laying of the first pillar of the new building represents much more than a structural advancement: it is the tangible sign of a clear vision, of solid growth and of an authentic connection with the territory that Macron has chosen for years as his home and that he continues to consider central in his development path. And it also confirms the ability of Valsamoggia to be a fertile territory for the companies that decide to invest here, finding favorable conditions to develop and establish themselves. To Macron, to those who contribute to his success every day and to all the people involved in this new project, we wish them good work.”.
