The Shareholders’ Meeting of Macron has approved the Company’s 2025 financial results, marking a new milestone in the growth trajectory of the global sportswear brand specialized in teamwear.

Revenue reached a record €244.6 million, up 9.4% year-on-year. Pro forma EBITDA amounted to €51.6 million, compared to €45.1 million in the previous year, with an EBITDA margin of 21.1%, further demonstrating the Company’s consistent ability to generate value.

This level of profitability reflects the strength of a highly scalable, resilient and profitable business model capable of generating operating leverage through geographic expansion and customer base growth.

Macron’s success is driven by a distinctive business model focused on teamwear, characterized by structurally recurring demand and strong revenue visibility, supported by long-term partnerships with clubs and sports communities across the entire sports pyramid. The cornerstone of the company’s go-to-market strategy is a network of more than 200 Macron Sports Hubs across over 40 countries.

Within this strategy, high-profile technical sponsorships and the Macron O.N.E. collection — a synthesis of innovation, technical excellence and premium design — represent key brand-accelerators, strengthening international positioning and aspirational appeal.

The Company’s growth is also supported by a structured investment plan for the Macron Campus in Valsamoggia (Bologna, Italy), the beating heart of the brand. The headquarters extension project, launched in 2025, is scheduled for completion in 2026, with a total investment of approximately €15 million.

As of April, the fourth building of the Campus—the Macron Distribution Center 2 (DC2)—is fully operational, along with a new 600-square-meter corporate gym dedicated to employee well-being. In the coming months, a padel court, a 3×3 basketball court, and additional employee facilities will complete the vision.

Once fully developed, the Campus will cover a total area of 115,000 square meters, positioning itself as an integrated ecosystem dedicated to innovation and teamwork.
