The latest episode of Campus Talks, the podcast by Macron, is available from today on digital platforms.

The guest of this episode is Fabio Merlino, president, coach and player of Macron Warriors Sabbioneta, a club that over the years has built a strong sporting and human identity centred around the values of team spirit, sharing and inclusion. In conversation with Angelo Marino, Chief Brand & Communications Officer at Macron, and Carlton Myers, former basketball player and Olympic flag bearer, Merlino shares his story, deeply intertwined with that of the powerchair hockey and football club founded twelve years ago with the aim of giving boys and girls with physical disabilities the opportunity to experience sport as protagonists.

Over time, the club has grown into a national reference point in paralympic sport, also thanks to the support of Macron, which believed in the Warriors project from the very beginning. A special partnership made even more meaningful by the fact that the Macron Warriors are the only partner club to carry the Macron name.

During the episode, Merlino addresses themes such as leadership, sense of belonging and the responsibility of building, every day, an environment in which everyone can feel part of something greater. A story that intertwines sport, inclusion and team culture, going far beyond the simple pursuit of sporting results.

For the Macron Warriors, sport means stepping onto the field as athletes, leaving disability outside the playing area. A vision that Fabio Merlino recounts with authenticity through both his personal experience and the journey he has built together with his team.

Campus Talks was created from the idea of using sport as a starting point to meet people and discover stories worth telling. The editorial direction and technical production of the podcast are managed by the Macron Media House, the company’s in-house structure dedicated to content development and to supporting the brand’s communication and positioning. Episodes are recorded in the podcast studio inside the Macron Campus, the company headquarters near Bologna, which inspired the name of the project.

The episode featuring Fabio Merlino is available on Macron’s YouTube channel and on the main audio streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music.

Previous guests on Campus Talks include: Gianluca Pavanello, CEO di Macron; Elisabetta Canalis; Alino Diamanti; Nicola Rizzoli; Alessandra Neri; Gonzalo Quesada; Lorenzo De Silvestri;  Justin Pugh;
