Macron and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim have announced the signing of a multi-year agreement which, starting from the 2026/27 season, will see the Macron Hero featured on the shirts of the Kraichgau-based club competing in the Bundesliga, the top tier of German football.
The blue-and-white club and the Italian brand, an international leader in sportswear and a specialist in teamwear, have entered into a partnership that includes the supply of technical apparel to the first teams, the U23 side, and all youth academy and grassroots teams. In addition to match kits, the German club will benefit from dedicated training and leisurewear collections, a full range of technical accessories, and official merchandise for its supporters.
TSG 1899 Hoffenheim takes its name from the from the village of Hoffenheim close to the city of Sinsheim, located in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg, which is also home to the PreZero Arena, where the club plays its home matches. Hoffenheim was founded in 1899 as a gymnastics club, but it was only after its merger with FV Hoffenheim in 1945 that it began competing in regional football leagues. Following an impressive rise through the divisions, Hoffenheim reached the Bundesliga in 2008 and has since established itself as a regular presence in Germany’s top flight, also qualifying for European competitions on several occasions, including the group stage of the UEFA Champions League in the
2018/19 season.
The long-term collaboration between Macron and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim will enable the creation of unique collections in which tradition and symbolism are seamlessly combined with the technical, stylistic and graphic innovation that defines the Italian brand’s products, effectively expressing the club’s identity and sense of belonging. This narrative will also be supported by a strong sustainability message, as the entire match kit range will be produced using Eco Fabric materials made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic.

The partnership between Macron and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim was announced on the brand’s and the club’s social media channels via a video entitled “Eine neue Partnerschaft. Su Misura”. The video highlights the bespoke level of personalisation and attention to detail that characterises Macron’s approach to its technical partnerships, which will be available to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and its fans from next season.
