Karlsruher SC and Macron present the new 2026/27 Third Kit, a jersey that celebrates the deep connection between the club and the Baden region through a colour palette inspired by the region’s history and a rich symbolic language. The kit tells the story of the region through seven iconic elements, reinterpreted in a sophisticated embossed graphic that enhances the jersey and defines its visual identity.

The new 2026/27 Karlsruher SC Third shirt features a refined golden shade, combined with dark red details on the crew neck and sleeve cuffs. The colours chosen for the new kit are inspired by the tradition of Baden: gold and red were the region’s historic official colours, later replaced by the current combination of yellow and red. The body of the shirt features an all-over embossed pattern made up of seven symbols representing different elements of Baden’s history, culture and identity. A graphic rich in meaning that celebrates the strong connection between Karlsruher SC and its region.

The pine cone evokes Baden’s extensive woodland areas; the griffin is the heraldic animal of the region; while the scales represent Karlsruhe, known as “Stadt des Rechts”, the “City of Justice”, and home to Germany’s Federal Court of Justice. Grapes celebrate Baden’s wine-making tradition, while the Karlsruhe Pyramid, one of the city’s most recognisable landmarks, represents the historical and architectural heritage of the city. The fan-shaped motif refers to Karlsruhe’s urban layout, earning the city its nickname “Fächerstadt”, or “fan city”, with streets radiating outwards from the palace. Completing the pattern is the geographical outline of the Baden region, an element that encapsulates the territorial connection at the heart of the entire concept.

The white Macron Hero and Karlsruher SC crest, also in white, feature on the chest. The internal backneck label is divided into white and navy blue, with the club crest positioned between the words “EIN STÜCK HEIMAT” (“A piece of home”), alongside the Macron logo and the wording “Designed in Bologna”, certifying that the garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus.

The kit is completed by dark red shorts with gold piping and matching socks, featuring a red base with a gold turnover and a fine horizontal stripe continuing the kit’s colour palette.

Like all game kits created by Macron for its partner clubs, the new Karlsruher SC Third Kit is manufactured using Eco Fabric, produced from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester. The shirt itself is made from Eco Everton, a technical fabric that combines lightness and durability with a distinctive reflective effect inspired by the aesthetic of 1980s and 1990s kits. The back panel is made from Eco Micromesh James to ensure excellent breathability.

The new 2026/27 Karlsruher SC Third Kit and the collection created by Macron for the German club will soon be available in the dedicated section for the club on macron.com.
