FK Austria Wien and Macron complete the presentation of the 2026/27 Game Set with the new Third Kit, a jersey that pays tribute to one of Austria’s most celebrated artists, Gustav Klimt, and in particular to his masterpiece Der Kuss (The Kiss).
The new FK Austria Wien 2026/27 Third Shirt features a cardinal red base combined with gold details. The polo collar is finished with a fine gold stripe, an element also repeated on the sleeve cuffs, side piping and outer back neck. An embossed pattern develops across the front and sleeves, inspired by details and motifs from Klimt’s celebrated painting, giving the surface of the shirt a three-dimensional, textured effect.
The reference to Klimt’s art continues through the applied details. The Macron Hero and FK Austria Wien crest are rendered in gold silicone print, as is the Spielkultur lettering on the back neck. The term expresses a philosophy that brings together creativity, culture and the playful dimension of sport, translating the connection between football, identity and Viennese culture into a contemporary language.
An internal customised tape is also inserted at the bottom of the front of the shirt, featuring the names of players who have left a particular mark on the club’s history and have been named Ehrenkapitän (“Honorary Captains”): Sara, Prohaska, Hussack, Nausch and Fiala.
The back neck is customised in FK Austria Wien’s traditional violet and features a repeated detail of the club crest, the full FK Austria Wien logo, the Macron logo and the wording Designed in Bologna, highlighting the design and development of the kit at the Macron Campus.
The kit is completed by cardinal red shorts and socks, both enhanced with gold details that echo the graphic and colour elements of the shirt.
The main fabric used for the Third Kit is Eco Softlock, part of the Eco Fabric range, made from 100% recycled post-consumer polyester and developed to provide comfort and performance during sporting activity. The rear panel in Eco Baimi and Eco Mesh inserts complete the garment construction, enhancing lightness and breathability.
