Whilst the women’s national team prepares to embark on an exciting World Cup campaign, the Scottish Rugby Union presented the New 2025/26 Home Kit made by Macron with which it will take on the competitive fixtures of the Autumn Nations Series (in November against the USA, New Zealand, Argentina and Tonga) and the Guinness Six Nations (made his debut in Rome in the Macron derby against Italy).

For the 2025/26 home shirt, the Scottish Rugby Union and Macron have opted for a navy blue crew-neck jersey with heather purple detailing. The jersey features two distinctive designs, both linked to the identity of the Thistle national team. Printed on the sleeves, both front and back, is the sound wave representing the chorus of supporters chanting SCOTLAND! SCOTLAND! SCOTLAND! SCOTLAND! Just one word, Scotland, which appears embossed and repeated, partly across the bottom of the front panel and across the entire bottom of the back panel.

On the chest, embroidered in white, on the right is the Macron the Hero, on the left the coat of arms of the Scottish Rugby Union. The back of the neck is personalised with a label featuring a background that echoes the design on the bottom of the jersey. On the right is the SRU logo, beneath which is the motto ‘As One’ in white. On the left, the Macron logo with the words ‘Designed in Bologna’ to certify and highlight how each garment is conceived, designed and developed in the Macron Campus. Inside the collar there is a personalised tape bearing the inscription Scotland interspersed with the Scottish Rugby Union logo.

The ‘home’ kit is completed by navy blue shorts featuring a lighter-coloured version of the vertical stripe down the sides and purple detailing along the top of the thigh. The navy blue socks have a thin horizontal stripe in heather purple along the top edge.

The Scottish national team’s new home kit, like all the technical kits produced by Macron for its partners, is made from Eco Fabric, a 100% polyester fabric made from recycled plastic. A strong message of sustainability and respect for the environment. Specifically, the fabrics used are Eco Armevo, Eco Bodytex e Eco Strong Mesh, materials which, as well as being lightweight and breathable, ensure maximum durability.
