Macron and ESO Recycling

The end-of-life stage of a product is a crucial moment, when a choice must be made between disposing of a material or giving it a second life.

The end-of-life stage of a product is a crucial moment, when a choice must be made between disposing of a material or giving it a second life.

Respect for the environment, recycling, recovery, and biodiversity protection are cornerstones of Macron’s daily commitment, which looks to the future and acts for the future.

In this spirit, the partnership with ESO RECYCLING was born—an innovative and technological company specialized in the treatment and regeneration of sports waste, personal protective equipment (PPE), and waste from the fashion industry.

In the company’s vision, waste is a resource to be valued, items that can be recovered and given a new life through a regeneration process.

Macron has set itself the goal of transforming its products that are no longer usable into new, functional ones, reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainability.

Macron’s polyester products, otherwise destined for disposal, are delivered to the ESO RECYCLING ‘Amato Carrara’ facility in Tolentino, in the province of Macerata.

Here, through advanced technologies, they are transformed and processed to be reborn as new products.

Specifically, Macron materials will be turned into sound-absorbing panels, finding applications across various sectors, from construction to work environments, improving acoustic comfort and reducing environmental impact.
