Position
To strengthen our Human Resources function, we are looking for an HR Administration Specialist who will be responsible for managing personnel administration processes, ensuring their correct execution and compliance with legal requirements, while liaising with the external payroll consultant, recruitment agencies and other HR partners.
Key responsibilities
- Managing personnel administration activities and related documentation.
- Collecting, checking and entering attendance data.
- Preparing, filing and updating employee documentation and personal records.
- Managing communications with the payroll consultant, recruitment agencies and HR partners.
Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- At least two years of experience in HR administration activities.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of Zucchetti HR and Workflow modules and Cezanne HR software.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and sense of responsibility.
- Confidentiality, flexibility and ability to work effectively in a team.
