Position
As part of the development of our Technical Sponsorship function, we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who will support the operational and commercial management of clubs and retailers across Germany and Eastern Europe, contributing to the development of partnerships and ensuring a high level of customer service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the Manager in the operational management of assigned clubs and retailers.
- Manage orders, monitor shipments, and provide day-to-day support to customers.
- Develop proposals aimed at increasing merchandising sales and acquiring new retailers.
- Collaborate with clubs in defining their collections.
- Travel nationally and internationally (approximately 15% of working time).
Requirements
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English and German.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills.
- Passion for the sports industry.
- Previous experience, even brief, in sales, marketing, or business operations is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
