For Filippo Bonomi, Macron is synonymous with movement, confrontation, and transformation. Having entered the company after completing an academic degree in Kinesiology and a master’s degree in Sports Management, he is now Macron Sports Hub Network Specialist, a key figure in the opening and support of the brand’s single-brand stores.

“When the opportunity to join Macron was offered to me, I did not hesitate. It was the right place for someone like me who was looking for a dynamic and connected to the world of sports.”

A work in continuous evolution

The role he holds is also dynamic and ever-changing. He oversees new openings, evaluates projects submitted by the country managers, manages the initial stages of retail design, and ensures that the stores meet the brand standards.

“We work to ensure that every store is sustainable and in line with the expectations of economic performance. But our task goes beyond numbers: we support people in their professional journey.”

The power of human contact

While focusing on analysis and procedures, Filippo puts people at the center.

“It’s not just about managing numbers; it’s about supporting the stores and the people who work there every day in a concrete way. That’s our mission.”

Sharing skills and tools with those who are on the front line every day, creating connections, offering solutions: this is what makes the work meaningful.

“The direct contact with the store teams is the most rewarding part. Seeing that what we do really improves their daily lives is the greatest satisfaction.”

Training and transformation

In 2025, his role expanded to include new challenges, including training on the new SAP management system.

“Our figure adapts to the company and moves with it. We are versatile, ready to change shape depending on the directions Macron decides to take.”

Experiences that leave a mark

Among the most intense moments of his experience at the company, Filippo enthusiastically mentions the Macron Sports Hub Meeting, a biennial event that involves all the mono-brand stores.

“I participated in the 2023 edition in Bologna and contributed to the organization of the 2025 edition in Valencia. It was a totalizing experience that requires great agility but pays off with the opportunity to get to know the customers closely and share ideas.”

Sharing to grow

In its course, sharing plays a key role. In this regard, meetings are periodically organized with the managers of the entire sales network, which, depending on the markets, are held on a monthly or quarterly basis and are designed to respond to the specificities and needs of our retail outlets in the territory.

“It’s a precious moment. An opportunity to take stock, learn from others, and find new solutions together. Not all companies do this, and that’s what makes Macron different.”

A fertile environment

Today, Filippo looks ahead: he wants to be more present in the territory, visit the shops, listen and learn.

“Macron is a fertile ground for me. Many people have contributed to building something great here, and having the opportunity to learn from them is crucial for improving and growing professionally.”
