Macron Sales Academy was created to select and train young commercial talents ready to take on challenges with energy and enthusiasm, sharing Macron’s core values. The training program features an innovative internship combining targeted training to develop key skills in the team sports apparel sector with hands-on professional experience in the field.

The program lasts 6 months with 3 intermediate checkpoints to assess goal achievement. Successful participants will be offered the opportunity to join the Macron Team at one of the Macron Sports Hubs located throughout Italy.
