Letter to Stakeholders
The financial year ending December 31, 2024, marked an extraordinary year for the Macron Group, with record results in terms of economic growth and market share consolidation.
Dear Stakeholders,
The financial year ending December 31, 2024, was an extraordinary year for the Macron Group, achieving record results in economic growth and market share consolidation. However, our success is not measured solely by economic and financial indicators: throughout 2024, we pursued social and environmental sustainability goals with determination, in line with our corporate vision. In an increasingly interconnected and complex global context, we have chosen to strengthen our operations based on three fundamental pillars: Environment, Social, and Governance.
Environment
We are committed every day to reducing our environmental impact by adopting sustainable solutions across the entire value chain. From selecting recycled and low-impact materials to optimizing production and logistics processes, every decision is guided by a responsible approach toward the planet. We actively promote a circular economy, reducing waste and investing in technologies that enhance energy efficiency and conserve natural resources.
Social
We believe that a company’s value is also measured by its positive impact on people and the communities in which it operates. For this reason, we continuously support local and international initiatives in the fields of sports, education, and social welfare, promoting inclusion, well-being, and equal opportunities. Within the company, we place human capital at the center: we ensure the safety of our employees, invest in their training, and value diversity as a strategic driver of growth and innovation.
We believe that social responsibility is a fundamental pillar of our business approach. For us, this means listening to real needs, building authentic relationships with organizations, associations, foundations, and institutions, and actively contributing to change that improves people’s quality of life. Being a responsible company means acting with empathy, integrity, and commitment. This is our way of contributing to a fairer, more inclusive, and supportive society.
Governance
Our governance vision is based on integrity, transparency, and accountability. We have adopted an organizational model that ensures compliance with regulations, conscious risk management, and the protection of all stakeholders’ interests. Corporate ethics guide every action we take, supported by clear codes of conduct and an effective internal control system. We are convinced that only responsible and aware leadership can guarantee lasting results and build trust over time.
In a constantly evolving context, we believe that having a clear and shared corporate culture is essential to guide decisions, strengthen a sense of belonging, and create long-term value. For this reason, at Macron, we have defined our Founding Principles: guidelines that express what we believe in and how we intend to act, both inside and outside the company.
We are proud of the milestones we have achieved and aware of the challenges ahead. We will continue to work with determination to combine economic growth, social impact, and respect for the environment, with the understanding that the growth of the Macron Group will increasingly depend on a virtuous balance between economic results, positive social impact, and environmental stewardship. A heartfelt thank you to all of you who contribute every day to making this journey possible.
