Over the past 20 years, the Bologna-based brand has experienced extraordinary growth, driven by a passion for innovative design and cutting-edge technologies that ensure superior quality products.

Macron creates apparel and accessories that inspire teams, athletes, and enthusiasts to perform at their best, promoting team spirit and helping everyone become the best version of themselves.

    The sustainability journey

In recent years, sustainability has become a strategic lever to create value for all stakeholders. Macron has chosen to play a leading role in driving change, strengthening its commitment to responsible development.

The 2025–2027 Sustainability Plan defines priorities and strategic ESG objectives, structured across three dimensions: Environment, Social, and Governance, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda summarized on the side..

The sustainability report is the tool through which Macron transparently communicates its initiatives and achievements.

    ENVIRONMENT

Our commitment to the climate and responsible resource management.

Macron has embarked on a structured path to measure, manage, and reduce its environmental impact. The work starts with measuring emissions across the entire value chain (Scope 1, 2, and 3) and continues with the definition of a decarbonization plan aligned with international standards and the objectives of the Macron 4 The Planet program.

The goal is clear: turn collected data into concrete actions, optimize operational efficiency, and progressively reduce the company’s climate impact.

    SOCIAL

A corporate culture that puts well-being, equity, and growth at the center

People are the foundation of every decision the company makes. In the sustainability journey, attention to human capital plays a strategic role: ensuring safe working conditions, promoting equal opportunities, supporting professional growth, and safeguarding collective well-being means creating lasting value for the entire corporate community.

Through structured policies, listening systems, and tools dedicated to preventing and managing impacts, Macron strengthens an equitable, inclusive, and skills-oriented work environment every year. The initiatives launched demonstrate a concrete commitment: investing in people today to build a stronger, more responsible, and shared tomorrow.

    GOVERNANCE

Integrity and responsibility at the core of every corporate decision.

Macron’s governance is based on principles of integrity, transparency, and responsibility, supported by the 231 Model, the Code of Ethics, and a structured system of controls and certifications.

Whistleblowing policies, responsible supply chain management, and technical and social audits ensure quality and compliance throughout the entire value chain.
