Macron requires its suppliers to provide a social audit conducted by qualified third-party organizations, such as Amfori/BSCI, which enables mapping of key aspects such as: social management systems, worker protection, freedom of association and collective bargaining, non-discrimination, fair remuneration, and other ethical-social requirements.

These certifications are considered, together with other criteria, in the process of selecting new suppliers, helping to ensure minimum standards of responsibility throughout the supply chain.
