Macron enters the world of New Zealand netball. The Italian brand, an international leader in the world of teamwear, is the new technical partner of the Splice Construction Magic netball club, who currently play in the ANZ Premiership. The Hero Company and Splice Construction Magic have signed a multi-year agreement for the supply of match kits, technical apparel and a merchandising line dedicated to the fans.
Netball is a sport similar to basketball. It is played by seven players and is primarily played by women. In New Zealand, Australia and the rest of the Commonwealth countries, it is the most popular women’s team sport, with the largest number of players and spectators. Formed in 1999, Splice Construction Magic now has a 2012 ANZ Championship and two National Bank Cup titles to their name.
