Vélez Sarsfield and Macron present the new Home and Away kits for the 2026 season, continuing a partnership that brings together tradition, identity and technical innovation. The new game kits reflect the club’s rich heritage while introducing refined design details and high-performance materials developed to meet the demands of modern football.
The new Vélez Sarsfield 2026 Home Kit represents a strong sense of continuity with the club’s history. The white shirt features a royal blue collar, sleeve cuffs and hem inserts. On the chest, also in royal blue, sits the iconic chevron that has always characterised Vélez Sarsfield’s jersey. Inside the distinctive ‘V’, the Macron Hero appears on the right in white thermoplastic print, while the club crest is positioned on the left.
The backneck is customised with a label partly in navy blue, featuring the ‘V’ in royal blue, and partly in white with red and green diagonal stripes forming the Italian tricolour. This detail highlights the strong historical bond between the club and Italy, the country of origin of its founders. The customisation is completed by the Vélez Sarsfield crest and the Macron logo with the wording Designed in Bologna, certifying that every garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus.
The 2026 Away Kit comes in navy blue, with knitted collar edging, sleeve cuffs and hem inserts in royal blue. The chevron on the chest is outlined in royal blue against the navy background, creating a more subtle yet distinctive visual effect. Inside the outline, the Macron Hero appears on the right in white thermoplastic print, while the Vélez Sarsfield crest is positioned on the left.
Both game kits are made from Eco Fabric, a 100% recycled polyester material derived from post-consumer plastic, reaffirming Macron’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Specifically, the fabric used is Eco Softlock, a technical material developed for match kits that ensures lightness, softness and high resistance to tearing. An Eco Micromesh back panel and Eco Mesh inserts guarantee optimal breathability and comfort during play.
