Just days after the announcement of the partnership between Macron and Standard de Liège, the Italian brand and the Belgian club have unveiled the new Home Kit that Les Rouches will wear during the upcoming Jupiler Pro League season. A kit that sees the historic Liège-based club return to a ‘red-shirt-white-shorts’ style – a combination not seen at Sclessin for several seasons – blending tradition with innovative design and details, as well as a strong sense of history and identity. Like all game sets produced by Macron for its partners, it also conveys a strong message of sustainability and environmental responsibility, a value strongly shared also by the club. Each shirt is made from Eco Fabric, a polyester material produced entirely from post-consumer recycled plastic.
The new 2025/26 Standard de Liège Home Kit is red with a knitted Korean collar featuring a two-button closure and refined, elegant white and gold stripes, which also appear on the sleeve cuffs. The shirt features a subtle jacquard pattern on the front, shoulders and sleeves, creating a sophisticated pinstripe effect. The backneck is customised with a red and white label bearing the club logo and the Standard motto, PASSION, FIERTÉ, FERVEUR, alongside the Macron logo and the words ‘Designed in Bologna’, highlighting that every garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus. The club’s founding year, 1898, is printed in gold on the inside collar. On the chest, the white Macron Hero is on the right, while the Standard de Liège crest is embroidered on the left.
On the back of the collar, a gold star commemorates the club’s 10 Belgian championship titles. The words PASSION, FIERTÉ, FERVEUR are again featured in white on the outer collar, representing the DNA of this team and its fans, whose fervour lights up the Sclessin stands at every match. Another detail that conveys identity and a deep sense of belonging is the internal silicone tape at the bottom of the back of the shirt, personalised with the words, repeated in red on a gold background: ROUCHES DEPUIS 1898. The home game set is completed by white shorts with red drawstrings and red bands with a fine gold stripe at the thigh, and red socks with a white and gold stripe on the upper edge.
Both shirt and shorts are made from Eco Softstripe Jacquard. The jacquard technique allows patterns to be woven directly into the fabric, giving it a slightly raised texture and a premium finish. The presence of a back panel in Eco Baimi and Eco Mesh inserts ensures the garment is lightweight and highly breathable.
