Macron and Shamrock Rovers FC, the most decorated club in Ireland and fresh from celebrating their 22nd national title at the end of October, today unveil the new 2026 Home Kit. The new match set, revealed one week after the Away version, perfectly respects the club’s iconic identity, reinterpreting the famous green hoops with a modern, dynamic design that celebrates the spirit of the Tallaght side.
A contemporary reinterpretation of the historic hoops
The new Shamrock Rovers FC Home Shirt 2026 features alternating horizontal green and white bands across the entire garment, enriched by a jagged sublimated graphic within the green hoops. Adding further value to the shirt is the fabric itself, Eco Stripetex – a lightweight and durable jacquard textile that provides the hoops with a distinctive textured effect.
The polo collar, an elegant and strongly identity-driven stylistic choice, is black and knitted, as are the sleeve cuffs, creating a sharp and striking contrast that enhances the tones of the shirt. On the chest, the Macron Hero appears in black silicone, while the Shamrock Rovers FC crest – presented in a special version on a black background to ensure maximum visibility on the white hoop – is positioned over the heart and rendered with exceptional detail thanks to a multilayer silicone patch. At the bottom of the shirt, a woven label featuring the Irish tricolour adds a final touch of identity.
Inside the collar, a customised label displays the graphic used within the green bands, alongside the club logo, the Macron Hero and the wording “Designed in Bologna”, certifying and emphasising that every garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus.
Coordinated shorts and contrasting details
The kit is completed by green shorts, also made from Eco Stripetex, featuring sublimated side inserts that echo the shirt’s graphic elements together with diagonal black bands. The socks are half green and half white, with an additional black-and-white stripe on the upper trim and the acronym SRFC in white on the front.
Identity, sustainability and performance
As with all kits produced by Macron for its partner clubs, the Shamrock Rovers 2026 Home Kit is made entirely from Eco Fabric, a material composed of 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, fully aligned with the green philosophy shared by the brand and the Irish champions.
