The long-standing partnership between Macron and Stoke City FC has always produced unique and exclusive collections, which have been able to enhance the history and symbols of the Potters by combining tradition with graphic and stylistic innovations. The Bologna-based brand and the Stoke-on-Trent club, one of the oldest in English football and in the world, have today unveiled the new Home Kit 2025/26 that combines the traditional red and white stripes with a stylistic and graphic choice that is decidedly innovative compared to the past.
The club’s fans have been involved in the design process for this kit from the very beginning, both in defining the initial brief and the graphic ideas that Macron’s designers then worked on, and in expressing their preferences from the 12 proposals that emerged. This democratic process, through which the club sought to put the fans at the centre, led to a very bold and modern choice.
The new Home kit will accompany the Potters in the upcoming Football League Championship season, a tournament in which Macron has become a point of reference for many clubs over the years thanks to the quality, technicality, high performance levels, style and design of its technical garments. In addition to its historic link with Stoke City FC, Macron is also the technical sponsor of Blackburn Rovers, West Bromwich Albion, Sheffield Wednesday, Oxford United and newly promoted Wrexham AFC.
Stoke City FC’s new 2025/26 Home shirt has a black knitted polo collar with red and white detailing, the same colour combination which features on the sleeve edges. The red and white vertical stripes characterising the entire jersey are wavy for the first time in the club’s history and depicted with irregular edges that create a “brushstroke” effect. The inside backneck is customised with a label divided into two parts: on the right side is the graphic theme of the jersey, above which stands out the crest of the English club; on the left side, there are the Macron logo and the words Designed in Bologna on a black background, certifying and highlighting how each garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus. On the chest, the Macron Hero is applied in black silicone print, while on the left is the club crest. The inscription STOKE CITY, also in black, is on the back collar.
The shorts are white with a side stripe that echoes the sublimated, wavy graphics of the jersey and have black inserts on the side and thigh edge. The white socks have a black stripe and a thin red line on the upper edge, with the STOKE CITY lettering and, just below, the Macron Hero in black. The shirt has a slim fit and is made from Eco Fabric, which is obtained from 100% post-consumer plastic recycling. This technology is used by Macron for all of its clubs’ kits and represents a strong commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.
