A week after unveiling the new Home shirt for next season, AJ Auxerre and Macron have presented the new 2025/26 Away Kit, which was chosen directly by the fans through a vote on social media and which pays tribute to one of the French city’s iconic buildings, the ‘Tour de l’Horloge’.
The new AJ Auxerre 2025/26 Away shirt is crew neck and totally black, except for the white and blue sleeve edges. The kit features embossed graphics repeated across the entire surface, reproducing the dial of the famous Clock Tower, one of the symbolic monuments of the historic centre of the French city. A masterpiece of Gothic architecture, its astronomical clock not only shows the hours of the day, but also the lunar hours and phases of the moon.
The label on the inside of the back neck is customised with the colours of AJ Auxerre, the club logo and the words ‘L’AJA EST BÂTIE SUR PIERRE, L’AJA NE PÉRIRA PAS’ (AJA is built on stone, AJA will not perish). Next to it is the Macron logo and the words Designed in Bologna, certifying that each garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus, the Italian brand’s headquarters. The words AJ AUXERRE are embroidered in white on the outside of the back neck. On the chest, in white silicone print, is the Macron Hero on the right and the club crest on the left. The shorts are black with white drawstrings and white and blue details on the thigh, while the socks are completely black.
AJ Auxerre’s new Away Kit, like all technical garments produced by the Italian brand for its partner clubs, is made from Eco Fabric, a 100% polyester fabric sourced from post-consumer plastic. The main fabric used is Eco Softlock, a technical fabric specifically designed for playing kits that is lightweight and highly tear-resistant. The rear panel in Eco Micromesh and the inserts in Eco Mesh ensure the garment is lightweight and highly breathable.
The new Away Kit, like all items in the clothing line created for AJ Auxerre, will be available soon in the section dedicated to the French club on the macron.com website.
