Macron means innovation, research, and development, and the new 2025 Padel Racket Collection fully expresses the philosophy of the Italian company, a leader in high-performance sportswear. This is the first collection of rackets entirely developed using Macron’s own moulds, designed and manufactured specifically from original designs created in-house by the Italian company.
What makes Macron’s new Padel rackets unique on the market is the innovative technology, used for the first time in this sector, capable of significantly reducing the vibrations transmitted to the player’s hand and arm, improving comfort and, above all, safety during play. The new rackets are, in fact, equipped with an innovative system that includes the use of intelligent non-Newtonian materials developed by RHEON LABS. These materials have the ability to change their stiffness depending on the speed and force applied to them, making them flexible and soft in the case of slowly applied force and, conversely, rigid when subjected to fast impulses. These characteristics have made these materials particularly effective for protection systems and the attenuation of vibrations in the aerospace and acoustic sectors.
In addition, for the first time in padel, the new rackets feature Constrained-Layer Damping (CLD) technology by RHEON™, a system of ultra-thin layers that alternate between non-Newtonian materials and carbon fibre. This technology maintains the racket’s lightness and manoeuvrability but brings enormous benefits in terms of vibration absorption.
This need for protection is due to the increasing incidence among padel players of injuries linked to the repeated and prolonged exposure of wrist and elbow ligaments to the vibrations caused by the hits, namely epicondylitis and epitrochleitis. Tests carried out by the University of Bologna on the new rackets showed a 23% reduction in the intensity of vibrations transmitted to the player and a 30% faster damping of vibrations compared to ordinary rackets. This innovation represents the perfect combination of high performance and player protection.
The new Macron Padel Rackets are available in 6 models divided into 3 different levels:
- Hero Pro (professional level)

Power I – Power and precision for a racquet with an innovative design and exceptional performance. Diamond-shaped, it is made of 40x20K Carbon, a weave that provides excellent solidity with a responsive ball delivery without compromising control and good impact resistance.
Control I – With a round shape, the racquet’s body is made primarily of 40x20K Carbon: a special texture that provides excellent solidity with a responsive ball return, without compromising comfort. - Aspire (advanced-intermediate level)
Power I – This diamond-shaped racquet, designed with durable materials, mainly 12K carbon, and a bold design, is intended for players seeking maximum impact in their hits while maintaining stability and comfort.
Control I – A round-shaped racquet that combines high-quality materials, mainly 12K carbon, and advanced technologies, offering superior stability on every shot.
In addition to the six new models, there is one more, ‘Next Gen I’, which is specially designed for players between the ages of 7 and 12 who want to enter the world of padel. This racket offers a soft touch and easy maneuverability, ideal for players of all levels.
