Successfully concluded the Macron Summer Camp dedicated to employees’ children

The Macron Summer Camp has successfully concluded. This company-funded summer program, dedicated to the children of Macron employees, transformed the summer weeks of over 40 boys and girls into an enriching experience of sport, personal growth, and shared moments. The initiative reflects Macron’s commitment to supporting the families of its employees, offering concrete help in balancing professional and family life, while reinforcing the values of community and wellbeing that have always distinguished the culture of the Bologna-based brand.

During the camp, organized in collaboration with the CUSB (Centro Universitario Sportivo Bologna) Sports Initiation Area, with which Macron has maintained a longstanding partnership, children enjoyed days full of activities, including creative workshops, outdoor games, and educational sessions designed to foster curiosity, collaboration, and team spirit. The camp offered a unique opportunity for fun, making new friendships, and discovering important values such as respect and sharing through play. The enthusiasm of the young participants, along with the numerous positive feedbacks from families, testifies to the success of the initiative, made possible thanks to the passion and professionalism of Graduated Technical Educators in Motor Sciences and Educational Sciences who guided the children throughout the program.

The organization and successful execution of the Macron Summer Camp further emphasize Macron’s commitment to creating a work environment that extends beyond the wellbeing of individual employees to include their families, thereby strengthening a sense of belonging and community.

This initiative is part of a structured welfare program designed to put people at the center through a wide range of benefits. These include an on-site restaurant and two fully equipped gyms available free of charge, charging stations in the company parking lot, and numerous extracurricular activities such as access to sporting events, family initiatives, and team-building programs. Additional benefits include contributions for parenting, education, and leisure, flexible working hours, part-time options for working mothers, as well as services dedicated to health, gender equity, and sustainability.
