From her university days, Emanuela Tosi had one clear ambition: to be part of the Macron team. Today, after a hands-on experience at the Macron Sports Hub in Rimini, she has returned to the company’s headquarters with a new role in the team behind the Macron Clubhouse product line. Her journey is a testament to passion, determination, and steady professional growth.
“Every morning I wake up and think: did I really make it? It was such an important goal for me—a real, tangible step toward building the career I’ve always dreamed of.”

From the Classroom to the Company
After earning her degree in Sports Management, Emanuela began her journey with an internship at Macron, which soon turned into an apprenticeship. Her first steps were within the sales office at headquarters, where she began to grasp the fundamentals of the business.
“I had the chance to closely observe how the team worked with major clubs, and that experience taught me so much, so quickly. It truly enriched me, both professionally and personally.”

Stepping Out onto the Field
Her next chapter took her to the Macron Sports Hub in Rimini—a hands-on environment where she discovered another side of the job: face-to-face interaction with customers, and the day-to-day management of orders and logistics.
“Putting theory into practice was a game-changer. Every day, I get to work with a variety of people—from sports clubs to athletes and their families. It’s dynamic, it’s challenging, and I love it.”

Training That Empowers
To prepare herself for this new role, Emanuela joined the very first edition of the Macron Sales Academy—an in-depth training program that covered every aspect of the business: from product knowledge and negotiation skills to competition analysis and customization.
“That training helped me shape the mindset I needed. It allowed me to bring the same approach and philosophy of Macron’s headquarters into the Sports Hub environment.”

The Power of Human Connection
What Emanuela values most in her work is the human connection.
“We have all the tools we need to meet the needs of sports clubs—but the real key is listening. Building strong, trusting relationships with clubs and end clients is essential if you want to offer a truly personalized, high-quality service.”
Thanks to Macron’s new business model, ordering kits has become easier than ever—for both team managers and athletes.

Teamwork as a Way of Working
For Emanuela, sport is more than a passion—it’s a philosophy that shapes her professional life.
“At Macron, we really do work like a team. You listen, you understand everyone’s needs, and you work together to find the best solution. It’s all about reaching a shared goal.”

Looking Ahead: Macron Clubhouse
Having reached her first major career goal, Emanuela is now setting her sights on what comes next.

She’s now embraced a new challenge as part of the Macron Clubhouse team—a product line that blends sport, fashion, and lifestyle. It’s a fresh, evolving project where Emanuela can actively contribute to shaping something new and innovative, carrying with her all the insights and experience she’s gained in the field.
